Concrete Reinforcement Coils

After cold-working, our steel will be cleanly coiled through our coiling mechanisms. Those coils will eventually be manufactured into bending parts, rebars and several other high-quality steel products. Therefore our coils are most commonly being sold to clients with their own bending-machines (such as concrete factories or manufacturers of construction components).

Product Information

We manufacture and deliver cold-worked stainless steel coils in steel grades Inoxripp4486 (1.4482), 1.4362 and 1.4571 of diameters ranging from 5 to 15 mm in series. On request, we can also provide larger or smaller diameters.

If another type of material than our standard grades is needed, we can of course cold-work other materials. Get in touch with us for further information.

Shipping Information

All of our coils are labeled in a weatherproof way to describe the product. Each of our coils comes with a certificate according to the German DIN EN 10204 to document specific grade properties. Mechanical properties of our grades are also to be found in the admission papers. Our production follows the strict requirements of DIN 488 as well as the national technical approval to ensure the technical requirements are met.
